- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 4 slices of ham, cooked bacon, or sausage patties
- 2 tbsp butter (for toasting)
- Optional: avocado slices or mustard

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Eggs:
- Scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper in a skillet over medium heat, or fry them sunny-side-up for a rich texture.
2. Prepare the Bread:
- Slice the Cuban bread loaf into sandwich-sized portions, then cut each portion lengthwise. Spread a thin layer of butter on the outside of each bread piece.
3. Assemble the Sandwich:
- Layer the bottom half of the bread with scrambled eggs, Swiss cheese, and your choice of bacon, ham, or sausage. Add avocado slices or mustard if desired.
4. Toast the Sandwich:
- Heat a skillet or sandwich press. Place the sandwich on the skillet and press down with a heavy lid or spatula. Toast until the bread is golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted (about 3–5 minutes per side).
5. Serve and Enjoy:
- Slice in half and serve immediately with your favorite breakfast beverage.
